Graveyard Shift Log 07/20/18:
18PF18913 : DUI (alcohol) : Car Wash Plaza
A concerned party reported an intoxicated female just showed up at her residence allegedly smelling of alcohol and running into curbs with her vehicle. While Officers were responding to the residence, the alleged intoxicated driver left with an unknown direction of travel. Moments later, the allegedly intoxicated female called PFPD requesting contact at a local business. The female advised she was aware law enforcement was called and denied being under the influence. Upon Officers arrival on scene, the female driver admitted to consuming 3 alcoholic beverages, she performed a series of offered SFST’s, and was subsequently taken into custody (DUI). The female offered (2) breath samples ; .175 / .185.
18PF18922 : DUI (alcohol) : N. Spokane St. & E. 13th Ave.
An Officer initiated a traffic stop and upon contacting the female driver she admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The female performed a series of offered SFST’s and was taken into custody (DUI) based upon those results. The female offered (2) breath samples : .146 / .146

Swing shift log 07/20/18
Shift was steady and these were the reportable calls. Officers also responded to the usual calls for service as well.
Citizen dispute over a tax return.
Theft of cash by an employee. Officer conducted a stand-by while the employee was terminated. Employee was then cited and released for petit theft.
Complainant advised his residence had been broken into.
Adult male was charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Officers responded to a business for a cooperative shoplifter. While enroute it was discovered the suspect had a confirmed warrant out of Kootenai County.
