Graveyard shift log 10/19/17
Graveyard responded to approximately 10 calls for service With the notable calls as follows
17PF29933: Recovered Stolen Vehicle/Warrant Service, Super One
Officers responded to a hit on a stolen vehicle which was located and stopped at Super 1. The female driver was arrested for possession of stolen property and the male passenger was arrested on four separate warrants (3 – petit theft and 1 – receiving stolen property). The vehicle was impounded and removed from NCIC.
17PF29936: Auto Burglary, Park Ln
Officers were flagged down by an RP who caught four juvenile males in the act of burglarizing his vehicle. Fortunately for the victim, everything was caught on surveillance cameras so the juveniles can expect a visit from the PFPD in the near future.

10/19/17 Day shift responded to approximately 53 calls for service ranging from traffic offenses, stolen vehicles, welfare checks, medical assists, and juvenile problems.
A female customer was reported to have battered the reporting party and the victim did not want to pursue charges for battery. The suspect was found in possession of a meth pipe in her backpack. She was issued a citation for drug paraphernalia and trespassed from the business. A report was taken.
17PF29856-Theft White Pines
The Parks Dept reported a theft of 6 LED lights from the park sometime over the weekend. A report was taken.
Asset protection observed a man in the store cutting a security device from a crossbow. Officers arrived and confronted the suspect and he resisted. Eventually he was taken into custody and was found to have a warrant for his arrest as well. He was booked.
RP found that someone had taken a payday loan out in his name approximately 2 years ago. The loan was delinquent and sent to collections. A report was taken. JM ... See MoreSee Less

*Landlord Training Program - Part Three*
The Post Falls Police Department, Community Services Division, will be conducting part three of the Landlord Training Program on October 20, 2017 at 6:00 - 7:00 p.m at the police department located at 1717 E. Polston Avenue in Post Falls.
The training is free to all apartment managers or their designated representatives. Please attend even if you missed parts one and two. There'll be a review of the previous training, we'll provide new information about crisis resolution, the role of the police, Section 8 Housing Voucher Program, and resources.
