*TURN SIGNALS*

A signal of intention to turn or change lanes shall be given continuously to warn other vehicles. On a controlled access highway and before turning shall be given

 for not less than 5 seconds. Any other time, the signal shall be given for not less than the last 100 feet.

*APPROACHING STATIONARY POLICE AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES*

Drivers approaching a stationary police or emergency vehicle with flashing lights shall:

  • Change lanes to a nonadjacent lane and reduce their speed to below the posted speed limit if traveling on a roadway with two or more lanes going in the s
    ame direction.
  • On a roadway with one lane traveling in each direction, the driver shall reduce their speed to below the posted limit and proceed until safely past the stationary police or emergency vehicle.

*BICYCLES RIDING ABREAST*

It is unlawful for more than two bicyclists to travel alongside one another within a single lane on a roadway. If riding two abreast and traveling slower than the flow of traffic, the cyclists must travel in single file and move as far to the right side of the lane as practical.
