The Post Falls Police Department is asking for assistance in locating runaway Holly Ann Brown (16 yoa). Holly is a habitual runaway and has run away from home on 9 other occasions with the most recent incident occurring in December. Holly currently has a warrant for her arrest and was last seen in the company of a 28 year-old male, Joshua Michael Moses of Spokane. Moses is also being sought for information in a possible kidnapping and extortion case.

Holly is described as a white female, 5'02'', 130lbs with brown hair and green eyes. Holly has a tattoo of cherries on her stomach and writing on her left shoulder. Both of Holly's ears are pierced, along with her nose and lip.
