Abandoned Vehicles 10.20.050
It is unlawful to leave a motor vehicle on private property without the permission from the owner of the private property, or on public streets or other property open to the public for more than twenty four (24) hours or longer. Automotive Hobby Projects 8.36.025 It is unlawful to have more than two (2) non-operating, dismantled, or unregistered motor vehicles which are considered hobby projects to be stored outside of a fully enclosed building.
Overgrown Weeds 8.52.020 It is unlawful for an owner, renter, or occupant of any property, whether occupied or not, to allow the growth of wees or un-mowed grass to be over the height of eight (8) inches whether it is dead or living. Parking Regulations 10.20.020 It is unlawful for any type of vehicle or trailer to be parked across a public sidewalk or bicycle path at any time. Snow Removal 10.48.010 It is unlawful to deposit or plow snow or debris from private property onto a public street.
