The Police Department will be responsible for the issuance of alcohol beverage licenses. In the past, the City Clerk was responsible for this duty. This task will now become the responsibility of the Police Department. Records staff, working with the Community Services Administrator, will now issue these licenses.
Alcohol Beverage License Applications and Affidavits, as well as Alcohol Beverage Catering Permits can be picked up in person at Post Falls Police Department. In addition, the forms are avaiable for download below. Once completed the application, affidavits, and payment can be returned to the Police Department for processing.
The Police Department is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If the lower lobby window is closed please visit our second story reception area where an employee can help you.
