Annette Clark: Emergency Communications Officer
Annette was born and raised in California where she graduated from high school and joined the United States Air Force.  Annette served eight years active duty as a Security Forces member earning an Associate in Applied Science Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force. She honorably separated from the service in 2008 reaching the rank of E-5/SSgt.

Annette began her career with the Post Falls Police Department in the spring of 2010 as an Emergency Communication Officer (ECO). She is a valued member of our ECO team assisting the department with language barriers on emergency calls, as she is fluent in the Spanish language.  She attended Idaho Post Academy – Basic Dispatch Academy in 2012, successfully graduating and earning her Level 1 Certification.  She was selected as Employee of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter 2012 by her peers.  Annette was described as “reliable” and comes to work “rain or shine”, showing dedication to her peers and the work she does for the PFPD.

She enjoys volunteering and participating in events with the Post Falls Police Department. This past year Annette volunteered her time as a “Secret Shopper” in the annual Holidays and Heroes Program.

When Annette is not giving back to our community, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
