SUBJECT: Vandalism Suspect Apprehended

The Post Falls Police Department responded to a reported vandalism at the skate park on 08-06-04. City Park and Recreation employees reported that the bleachers at the park were damaged and the bike rack had been tampered with. The City has four security cameras at the Post Falls skate park. By using this security video footage, the Police Department was able to identify the people involved. 

After interviewing 4 subjects we were able to get a confession from the juvenile causing the damage to the bleachers. The juveniles used a crescent wrench to damage the bleachers. The estimated value of the damage is 150 dollars. The juvenile responsible for the damage will be petitioned for vandalism.
