Date: December 15, 2005

On December 15, 2005 the Post Falls Police Department investigated two separate residential burglaries that occurred between 8:00 am and 5:00pm.  The first incident occurred in the 2700 block of Black Forest Avenue.  The suspect forced entry into the home by prying open the front door.  The suspect stole currency, Christmas ornaments and a shotgun.  Evidence located at the scene indicated that the suspect walked to the home by walking eastbound on Black Forest Avenue from Greensferry Road and left the same way.
