SUBJECT:
Business Burglary
Date:
March 28, 2005
On
March 7th 2005, the Post Falls Police Department responded to a
burglary complaint of Pennies Family Diner & Pub located at
2561 W Seltice Way
in
Post
Falls
. When officers arrived on
scene they were informed by business owners that forced entry had been
made into the business and an undisclosed amount of money had been stolen.
Recent
investigation resulted in the arrest of 18-year-old Jeremy M Gleese of
Post
Falls
. Jeremy was a former employee
of Pennies Family Diner & Pub and confessed to Detective Sgt.
Pat Kenner
for the Burglary of the business while being interviewed as a suspect in
the crime. Jeremy was
suspected of the crime after prior thefts had occurred at the business
where Jeremy was believed to have been involved.
Jeremy
was booked into the Kootenai county public safety building for the felony
charge of burglary.
