Aggravated Battery

On
October 4th, 2007 at 9:20 pm, the Post Falls Police Department responded
to
Kootenai
Medical
Center
for a report of a 58-year-old male victim that was cut with a knife.
When Officers arrived the victim advised them that around 8:00pm he had
parked his truck in the southeast parking lot of Super 1 foods in Post
falls. The victim stated that as he was walking toward the entrance
of the store he turned and witnessed a male attempting to gain entry into
his truck. The victim stated that he confronted the male and an
altercation between the two ensued. The victim advised the officers
that during this altercation the suspect brandished a shiny metal object
and cut him just below the left eye. The victim was treated at
Kootenai
Medical
Center
and released.
The
suspect is described as in his early 20’s, approximately 6-feet tall and
weighing roughly 200-pounds. The suspect had long dark brown or
possibly black straight and straggly hair, and possibly a mustache.
The male suspect was wearing a dark-colored black possibly a trench coat,
shiny black leather gloves and white tennis shoes. The suspect was
last seen heading eastbound on
Mullan Ave.
on foot.
